Latex Particle for In-Vitro Diagnostics Hi・spheres™

Hi・spheres™ is a latex particle for in vitro diagnostics manufactured by soap-free polymerization.Latex particles manufactured by this technology do not use any surfactants in the process, and are superior in adsorption and binding of biomolecules such as antibodies.Special modification of the particle surface prevents agglomeration of latex particles during the sensitization process and ensures smooth redispersion in ultrasonic dispersion after centrifugal separation.

Made of carboxylic acid-modified particles colored with europium chelate, these particles are specifically designed for immunochromatography.
Europium chelate particles have an extremely high Stokes shift, which helps prevent nonspecific fluorescence interference.
